Meet Jeff Cameron

From the start of his 25 year career with a Fortune 10 company, Jeff was introducing great organizational development concepts long before they were accepted practices, including structured teamwork, empowerment, mentoring, and 360 degree feedback. He also managed a series of challenging relationships between business unit disciplines and shared service functions, and between company-wide IT Re-engineering and Business Process Re-engineering initiatives.

Jeff launched The J D Cameron Group LLC in 2004 to pursue his vision of high performance organizations. The Cameron High Performance Model leverages 35 years of experience with leading global organizations. Jeff has worked with complex organizations such as alliances, mergers, joint ventures, mega projects, and high challenge global virtual environments in several industries including oil & gas, information technology, and engineering & construction.
